The 8 Week
Total Transformation
This 8-week program is your space to focus on personal growth and well-being. You will build supportive habits for mind, body, and spirit, with guidance throughout. By the end, you will gain greater clarity, stronger intuition, and a deeper connection to your inner wisdom.
Week 1: Assessment & Personalized Plan
We review your discovery form and focus on your key priorities. A biofeedback scan identifies where your body is holding stress, including potential imbalances in nutrition, hormones, and energy flow. This insight supports targeted stress reduction and personalized guidance.
Weeks 2–7: Implementation & Integration
We meet three times per week. The first session is one hour, combining mindset coaching with a tailored yoga practice. Two shorter sessions follow, focusing on movement and integration. This structure supports consistent personal growth and holistic wellness.
Week 8: Evaluation, Results & Next Steps
A follow-up biofeedback scan helps evaluate changes in your body. We review your goals, track progress, and adjust your plan as needed. This process supports ongoing transformation and effective stress management.
After 8 weeks, you will have built supportive habits for your body, mind, and spirit. You will also gain awareness of patterns where you resist, limit yourself, or withhold self-care. This clarity supports ongoing personal growth and more aligned, balanced living.

The Indigo system scans your body’s electrical responses to identify stress patterns. It then delivers precise frequencies to restore balance. This gentle process helps bring your system back to homeostasis, supporting effective stress reduction and natural healing.
